It was a love that blossomed over two horses and has since grown into a full stable.  Three years ago, Mike and Robin Kephart started PTL Carriages as a way to bring a simple, meaningful elegance to any and every special event. Their passion for horses allows others to create lasting memories, be it huddled underneath a warm blanket, with a warm drink in hand on a chilly autumn evening, or starting your new life with a ”just married” sign following your every move on a beautiful July afternoon.
